Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Kind of a remote location, but still some stores and bars close by. We appreciated it, because there weren't many other tourists. At the same time, it was not far from all the main spots to visit (except maybe from Anse Lazio - it was the furthest one), but Anse Georgette was just a few bus stops from it. The beach just over the street was also nice, long and nice for sunset walks (although tidal). A nice cocktail bar was also just at the start of the beach, also nice for watching the sunsets while enjoying a cocktail. Everything in the apartment was quite new (not very common for our other accommodations in Seychelles). Nice terrace for breakfast and modest dinners we prepared for ourselves. The host was very responsive and helpful.
Negative: Not a lot of restaurants nearby. Also, it didn't cause any problems for us, but the airport is just near by, so some noise from landing/departing airplanes, but it was rare.
Summary: Good place to stay to be able to explore the whole island or enjoy the beach nearby
